Other support mechanisms | Upon request, the Clinical Trials Department of the National Competent Authority (NCA) provides information via email or phone to local institutions acting as potential non-commercial sponsors (hospitals, universities) on requirements of the Clinical Trials Regulation (CTR), document requirements, available trainings from the European Medicines Agency (EMA), how to register with OMS, etc. The NCA organised an Info Day on CTR for non-commercial sponsors and regularly circulates informative material from EMA and the European Commission to national stakeholders. |
