Accelerating Clinical Trials in the EU

Clinical trials training

Report on clinical trials training needs of academia and SMEs

In early 2025, ACT EU conducted a survey to assess the clinical trials training needs of academia and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) involved in the research and/or development of medicines for human use.

The feedback from around 400 stakeholders was analysed and published in a report that outlines key training needs, identifies potential gaps as well as challenges and suggests ways to address them.

As a next step, ACT EU will map and signpost the most important clinical trials trainings. The aim is to support stakeholders in navigating available resources more effectively.
